Stay & Work
Live and work from an onsen ryokan. Everything you need for productive days and restorative evenings.
Coworking
Coliving
Your room is a traditional ryokan room — tatami floors, futon bedding, sliding shoji doors. Some rooms offer river or garden views. The shared spaces are where community happens.
Unlimited access
Full access to the ryokan's onsen facilities is included with every Pass. Most locations offer both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo) baths, with separate facilities for men and women.
Your rhythm, not ours.
There's no schedule to follow. But here's how most guests find their day naturally arranging itself.
Early onsen
The baths are quietest at dawn. Some guests make this their daily ritual.
Breakfast
Traditional Japanese breakfast at the ryokan, or coffee in the shared kitchen.
Deep work
The coworking space fills up. Morning light, good wifi, hot coffee.
Lunch
Walk to a local shokudo, or cook something simple in the shared kitchen.
Afternoon
More work, an Academy session, or a walk through town. Some days you explore; some days you focus.
Evening onsen
The longer soak. The one where you stop thinking about tasks and start thinking about nothing.
Dinner
Ryokan dinner (kaiseki on some plans), or eat out with fellow guests.
Night
Reading in the lounge, conversation over drinks, or an early night with the shoji screens open.
